I mail ALL items very promptly.   Every item goes out within 24 hours of payment.  Most within 12 hours.  Many within an hour...   The Postal Service is a completely incompetent agency and have been taking far longer to get items to people than it should, and as a result I have been getting a few item not received notices from ebay.   Once I put the envelopes in the post office I have no control on them.  So effective immediately, I must enact the following.     By bidding on my items, unless you want to pay 5.00 postage + .25 each additional, which includes USPS Tracking, you agree to take the endicia tracking number as proof of mailing.    That number is generated when I print your postage.   my sole liability after mailing would to be to send you the hi-res scan of the item should your item not arrive in a reasonable amount of time.  I am more than happy to send them with USPS tracking at your expense if you would like it.     If you dont wish to agree, do not bid.  Thank you.
If you want combined postage, DO NOT PAY until I invoice you.
I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY CANNOT combine after you pay, because ebay and paypal take out their fees and they are not refundable to me(or you).
