What you see is what you get (stamps only, binder page not included). Please check photos and descriptions carefully before bidding (buying). If the description does not match the photos, photos are used to determine the accuracy of the stamp items.

Item will be sold AS IS. There will be no refund (return or exchange) unless the item does not match the photos (incomplete description is not an excuse for return). In case of returning, the item should be in original condition.

Payment Method: PayPal only

Payment must be received within 7 days. If not, the no-payment buyer will be reported to eBay.

Item usually will be shipped within 2 business days after a payment is cleared.

Shipping and Handling Fees

US buyer: if the total value is less than 0 and if the total value is 0 or more

International buyer (except Chinese mainland buyer): if the total value is less than (no tracking number) and (registered mail) if the total value is or more
3.
If the mailing address is in mainland China, the buyer must pay at least for S/H (registered mail).
4.
Multiple items within 48 hours will be combined for shipping, one S/H charge for the first 3 items and {{detail_product_description}}.50 for each additional item.
5.
Different S/H fees will be assessed for special items (big sheet and others)
6.
Best offer for multiple items: If you would like to present your best offer for multiple items, please send me an email including all items and your total best offer (please don’t present your offer incrementally).
