Do not exceed the load capacity of the PIVOT CORNER. The PIVOT CORNER should thoroughly be inspected before use. In the occurrence of any damage or defect, the PIVOT CORNER should not be used. Handle the truss segments with care and caution. Don’t drop them, drag them, and don’t throw truss segments on top of each other. Truss assembly should be carried out by those who are familiar with the trussing. Do not attach truss with damaged or fewer bolts and nuts than required. Make sure the bolts and nuts are installed correctly and are in place and secured.

Shipping:
Shipping is via UPS only. We cannot ship to APO/FPOs or PO Boxes. Refer to the flat shipping rates stated in the listings. We ship to the lower 48 states only. We can supply UPS tracking information upon e-mail request only. We reserve the right to withhold shipment to unconfirmed Paypal shipping addresses.

Returns:
Returns are accepted only when the item arrives not as described in the listing. We must be made aware of misrepresented item within 5 business days of delivery. We will need an e-mail address provided to send a UPS return shipping tag for the item. Please let us know if a replacement or refund is desired. Refund or replacement given upon our receipt of ALL original items and packaging. If returned item is found to be in proper working order as listed, return freight and re-stocking fees will be charged to the buyer.

Please notify us of damaged items within 3 business days of delivery. Provide description and or photos of all damaged goods along with your phone number for UPS. We will immediately file a UPS claim for the item. Refund or replacement given upon receipt of returned item.
