Our Honest Opinion
You can buy cheap replacement pontoon tops on E-Bay or elsewhere for about 9. They are difficult to put together, fade in six month and blow off in the first strong wind. Our economy top is made in the same factory (overseas) but our tops are made to our specifications. We use square tube, it’s stronger, we pay extra for aluminum mounting hardware and aluminum fittings on the frame, it's stronger. We pay extra for zippers in the fabric so you can zip it on or off, and a zipper and pre-cut hole for a light in the storage boot, so you don't have to cut one. We designed the snap-together assembly to save you an hour plus when putting the frame together.
Our top is only -30 more than the cheap blow-off tops. We sell about a thousand a year but how the competition sells any is a mystery to us.
