The buyer agrees to train new operators in the proper use and safety requirements of this unit. In accepting this bill/invoice of sale, the buyer acknowledges the foregoing and agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless from any and all claims for personal injury and/ or property damage (including injury, or damage of the property of, the buyer, his employees, agents, or assigns) arising in any way out of the possession, use or resale of the said equipment by the buyer. We will provide additional pictures and videos upon the customer's request. Please take the time to look at and pictures and videos closely. We will explain all equipment to the best of our abilities and are willing to answer any questions you may have. SHIPPING
Shipping costs are all on the Buyer, shipping additional and NOT included. Packaging materials costs if desired are all at the cost of the Buyer. Packaging and shipping materials NOT included. We will assist the loading at our warehouse loading dock location.
PAYMENT
Please wait for an INVOICE from us after the auction, as we may need to add sales tax. The INVOICE is due in full within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Any and all funds via eBay must clear our bank before the said item is to be released.
